The Kaitain 0.3Mpa low-pressure screw air compressor is specifically engineered for industries such as textile, cement, and glass. When operating at air pressures between 0.2 and 0.5Mpa, using a conventional 0.7Mpa air compressor can lead to significant electricity waste. In contrast, the low-pressure screw air compressor, with the same motor power, can greatly increase compressed air production, resulting in electricity savings of 20% to 50%.
If you use a 0.7Mpa air compressor at an actual working pressure of 0.3Mpa, the process typically involves compressing the air to 0.7Mpa and then reducing it to 0.3Mpa with a reducing valve or other mechanisms.
